In the international political order, the global hegemons’ era is about to finalise. The capacity for the sustainment of the “after hegemony“ has diminished, and been replaced by the conditions of the “post-after hegemony“. In the future, all potential hegemons will deny others’ hegemony.
International security operations (ISOs), particularly military operations in all context; use of threat of force, use of force by military and operations other than war, with varying degree, but has always dominated the political, economic, and social events and will continue to considerably shape future security environment.
NATO’s ability to accord and shape security environment can be considered in four folds of which all are mutually integrated: Alliance’s solidarity, coherent common vision, consolidated security architecture and the capacity for rational prioritisation, and effective operational conduct.
