While turning into a brand of Türkiye and Istanbul brand with the yearly globally scaled intense participation of security professionals mainly and also academicians, bureaucrats, soldiers, researchers, business people and journalists, Istanbul Security Conference will be held this year on 23-24 November with the title of "Strategic Transformation in the Ecosystem: Climate, Nourishment, Demography, Meritocracy, Economy, Health, Education, Employment, Family-Youth and City Security". It will be held "Education, Employment, Family-Youth and City Security".
The 2nd Istanbul Cyber-Security Forum will start with the opening speeches at 09.00 on Thursday, November 23, and will last for one day. While Süleyman ŞENSOY (Founding Chairman, TASAM), Sami DUMAN (Strategy Management Director, ASELSAN), Hakan FİDAN* (Foreign Minister, Republic of Türkiye), Yaşar GÜLER* (Minister of Defence, Republic of Türkiye), Apollinaire Joachim Kyelem de TAMBELA (Prime Minister, Burkina Faso), Begum Monnujan SUFIAN (State Minister of Labor and Employment, People’s Republic of Bangladesh), Nazım ÇAVUŞOĞLU (Minister of Education, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus), LUONG Tam Quang (Deputy Minister of Public Security of Viet Nam), and also representatives of other states and governments will make the joint opening speeches of the Conference and the other co-events, (Prof. Dr. Brigadier (R) Fahri ERENEL (Vice Chairman, TASAM) will give the keynote speech of the Conference.
The session titles of this year's Forum are as follows; “Cyber-Security in Critical Infrastructures, Mobility and Cyber-Security“, “Internet of Things and Cyber-Security“, “New Cyber Economy and Turkish Products“, “Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and Cyber-Security“, “DeepFake and Cyber-Security“, “Cyber Security for Decision Makers“ ve “Industrial Cyber-Security“.
With the Forum Three other Co-Events will also be Held within the Scope of the Conference
This year, the Istanbul Security Conference will bring together prominent experts, academicians, researchers, soldiers, diplomats, statesmen and press members from many countries around the world, as in previous years. As the co-events; on the first day of the conference together with the 2nd Istanbul Cyber-Security Forum, the 5th Marine and Maritime Security Forum titled as “Marine Geoeconomics of the 21st Century, and Türkiye“ will be held, and on the second day the 6th Türkiye - Africa Defence Security and Aerospace Forum titled as “Turkish Military Presence and New Horizons in Africa“, and the 7th Türkiye - Gulf Defence and Security Forum titled as “New Discoveries in the Turkish - Arab Security Ecosystem“ will be performed together with the Conference.
