As the Chief of the General Staff of the Kyrgyzstan Armed Forces, I would like to say the following; a great deal of work is currently underway between the Ministers of Defense of Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. Especially on security; military personnel cadre preparation, military technical cooperation, international peacekeeping activities and military medical issues are mainly studied. In this context, I would like to express that the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan is ready to work and cooperate with all friendly and brotherly countries within the framework of mutual trust, respect and friendship.
Recent events in the world force us to work on a large scale locally, continentally and internationally. We need to work together to counter and prevent non-nationalist movements. For example, recent events in the world, especially in Central Asia, and especially in Afghanistan, prove our joint work and the importance of this work. In order to ensure security in Central Asia, a great effort must be made to ensure security not only in Central Asia but throughout the world.
At the end of my speech; Dear guests, I would like to thank the President of TASAM for organizing such a nice Conference and inviting us. I wish all participants good work, health, prosperity, peace. I believe that if we carry out such activities as all countries, we will contribute to security.
